My weekend involved a lot of visiting with my sister and brother in law and not so much of anything else. It was nice to relax (even though last week I seemed to do a lot of that) and visit with my family.
Friday we went to Ruth's Chris steak house for yummy steaks and my favorite: lemon drop martini.
Saturday we took a trip to eastern market, had lunch at Match Box, then jetted over to the movies to see: Brides Maids. This was such a funny movie! I was crying I was laughing so hard.
Sunday I drove my company to BWI. I wish they lived in the DC area because I love them and wish they were closer. I hate only being able to see my sister a couple times of year.
On the way back I stopped at Fairland for an hour swim before heading over to Fairland's end of year awards banquet being held in Gaithersburg. I have never been up there on a Sunday to swim before but it was awesome! There was no one there! Out of the 2 pools there was only one other person swimming laps. I managed to get 1.5 miles in and it felt so good because I have not been in the pool for almost two weeks. Yeah I know, I don't know why.
Now back to normal this week and no slacking off.
